Swiss-shop.ro makes permanent efforts to keep the accuracy of information from the presentations on website.  We are available any time for possible clarifications and resolution of your complaints to the email address: office[at]shop-bijuteria[dot]ro.

For the TOTAL or PARTIAL return of an order, you have to register a return request in the customer account. For the registration of this request, you have available in the customer account, in section Orders, in the order history, the button ”Return products from order”. After the registration of return request, you will receive the necessary instructions from an operator (confirmation of return acceptance according to the conditions displayed on website, the return method, address for return, notices regarding the return of amount paid etc.) for the performance of return (you will receive an answer to the email sent, please check the spam folder of your email) → shop-bijuteria.ro will return the countervalue of returned products (by crediting procedure on the initial transaction) within maximum 14 days from the denouncement date in writing of this contract, but not before the reception of goods, the amount returned contains the transport cost only in case of total return.

Please pack carefully the returned products, Shop-Swiss will not return the countervalue of products if they are deteriorated during transport.

Withdrawal rights and exceptions set out by the law

The return right applies only to the products ordered and paid on the website shop-bijuteria.ro. The regulations of GEO no.34/2014 for the return right of consumer do not addres to the legal persons and the persons who collect the products ordered and paid for from the office of Shop Bijuteria.

If a product you purchased from us is deteriorated, please inform us about this situation to the email address: office[at]shop-bijuteria[dot]ro. Following the reception of your information, we will contact you to establish the remedy method of the reported situation.
